Peak Performance Workshop
Perform Your Best Under Stress
(mcle credit pending)
High Stress and High Conflict Situations Confront Us Almost Everyday:
Court Rooms, Negotiations, Project Meetings, Intense Exams, Long Hours
…..Our Mental and Physical Capabilities are Pushed to the Limit.

We all want to perform at our best at these times, but most of us don’t understand the critical role the body plays in helping us become resilient, energetic and powerful.

What if instead of just using your body to carry your mind from place to place, you learned the optimal use of your body and its intrinsic wisdom - maximizing your mental acuity and reducing stress?

In this highly interactive workshop, we explore how you can fully leverage your mind and body, so that you can be highly effective and successful in reaching your personal and professional goals.

No matter how challenging the situation.

Learn:

  • The critical role that physical movement plays in managing mood, improving memory and focus, based on the latest information from the field of neuroscience.
  • When and how much to exercise to achieve maximum performance during high stress situations
  • How to tell if you’re heading for an energy crisis and how to make changes before you “crash and burn”
  • Tips on when and how to fuel and recharge your body for maximum mental and physical performance

Experience:

  • The concept of “somatics” and the role of the body in peak performance
  • How to get back “to center” during periods of conflict and high intensity and how your body can be used to “rewire” your brain to overcome self limiting beliefs and fears
  • How to stay grounded and create a commanding presence which embodies the physical qualities of leadership, stability, and strength
